Meet Bridget
I’m Bridget Strub—birth doula, childbirth educator, and perinatal equipment rental provider based in Rochester, NY.
Since 2015, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the power of women and birthing people as they carry, give birth to and nurture their families. Women are incredibly resilient and I’ve noticed them at their strongest when they are rooted in a community of caring, supportive people. I strive to be part of that community and walk beside women as they experience their innate ability to give birth and parent—however that looks for them. I combine evidence-based information with a quiet confidence and trusting presence so that my clients feel seen and deeply cared for.
I entered into and continue to do this work because I want to play a part in ensuring women and families receive the support they need and deserve during this transformative time. Supporting families through birth and early parenthood is sacred work and playing even a tiny role in their journey is truly an honor.
